Sleek. Elegant. Stylish.
Maximum flexibility never looked this good.
Elegant and practical, the new Opel Meriva will have heads turning.
The sculpted cab-forward look is a real eye-catcher.
A unique interpretation of the award-winning new Opel design language first seen in the Insignia and new Astra – the Meriva’s stylish,
self-confident design brings a new sense of flair to the small monocab segment.
In the front, the headlamps are part of the Meriva’s friendly personality. They contain Opel Adaptive Forward Lighting technology and the daytime light signature with the “Wing” graphic – another feature adapted from the Insignia and Astra. The bold new Opel badge, the prominent grill design and the precision peak in the hood round out the look in the front. The entire front fascia of the Meriva has been optimized for Type Insurance Classification (TIC) improvement to save insurance premiums and lives.
The Meriva’s dynamic profile is accentuated by a lower, longer roofline and sweeping A-pillars. The sculptured body with the signature blade line – first seen in the Insignia – lends the Meriva its tailored precision look. The centered door handles and perfectly fitted doors hint at the fun and flexibility of the FlexDoors® – even when they’re closed. And then there is the unexpected “wave” in the belt line that improves visibility for the rear passengers.
In the rear, the enhanced shoulders with the integrated split tail lamps are the real eye-catchers. They give the car a wider stance and emphasize its premium character. Another special touch is the “V-graphic” – it visually connects the wrap-around rear window with the elements below. An elegant chrome appliqué adds a distinct premium touch and really highlights the quality.
